Initial Strategy

We initially researched two business models: a Mobile App model, and a Flight Club / Learning Partnership Hybrid model. During week 5, our team presented each model to the client, Julie Whitis. In the end, she chose the Mobile App model, because she felt it could help a larger number of pilots than the Hybrid model could while still remaining cost-effective.

Next Steps

The Business Expertise team spent the next few weeks further researching and developing the Right Seat’s final business model. Below are some key points, which were presented to the client during week 8, and a PDF of the final business proposal.
